If you were born some time in the second half of the 20th century in Britain you will almost certainly be familiar with the illustrations of Edward Ardizzone. How well or not he is known beyond these shores I have no idea, but I hope this video brings him to a considerably wider audience. As always this is a selective review of his body of work, and there was a lot more I was obliged to leave out for the sake of relative brevity.
