The first tries to figure out what is intelligence and consciousness. If a robot or AI is conscious is it okay to exploit it? What kind of rights would it have? If it rebels, can it be stopped? The second piece of media talks about how “these are questions that society at large has been asking for centuries – not about robots, but about women.” and everyone other than white men I would add.
