I feel like these three Podcast Eps are really interesting to listen to one right after the other. About what culture means and how it impacts the way we see ourselves and others and how that changes thru the lens of robots.

This Ep of BBC Discovery seems to think it’s okay to treat robots like slaves as long they are not sentient.

This Ep of Imaginary Worlds has a guest that says it does matter how we treat robots, sentient or not

And this Ep of Politically Reactive isn’t about robots but the guest, Rashad Robinson, talks about how often we’re told that critiquing culture, especially pop culture is trivial when in fact it impacts how we see other people, their value, their humanity.
